This policy covers sharpertool.com and Email Manager, a private tool built and operated by Ed Henderson for managing his own email accounts.
Who uses Email Manager
Email Manager is not offered to the public. It connects only to email accounts owned or administered by Ed Henderson.
What data it accesses
With the account owner’s permission through Google OAuth, Email Manager reads, labels, files, and deletes messages in the connected Gmail accounts to sort and clean the inbox. It stores OAuth tokens and minimal processing records on a private computer controlled by the operator.
How data is used
Email data is used only to organize the owner’s own mailbox and prepare summaries for the owner. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and it is not used for advertising.
Google API data
Email Manager’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and removal
Tokens and records are kept only as long as the account stays connected. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and the stored tokens are then deleted.
The website
sharpertool.com is a static site. It does not require an account, and it does not collect personal information beyond standard web server logs kept by the hosting provider.
